In Good Company is a community design workshop founded by
Kent Harris and
Vinay Kumar Mysore.

We design exhibitions, public spaces, and programs alongside communities; rooted in story and built through relationship.

DESIGN AS KINSHIP

We see design as a way of being in right relationship: with people, place, and possibility.

It begins in care, moves through trust, and builds toward change that lasts.

MADE TOGETHER

Over the past decade, we’ve worked with communities across the country in the service of more equitable spaces; people whose lives, identities, and histories are not our own.

Those relationships have shaped how we show up now: with humility, care, and a reliable process grounded in story, trust, and long-term connection.

We design many ways in so more voices can shape the work.

We stay grounded in what matters and travel with communities towards
cultural change.

An exhibit co-created with Black community doulas, midwives, and families across New Jersey.

It affirms their care, honors their wisdom, and advocates for their recognition.
